METAKUS Industrial Data Tracking Framework constitutes a tailored software solution to meet complex manufacturing contents and interactions in industrial hot stamping. It particularly provides data communication between programmable logic controller level and superordinate computer-aided systems including self-learning algorithms and models.
Once implemented, IDT enables fast-response traceability of all relevant PHS product and process parameters in real-time.
Communication tools based on standard interfaces and protocols are available within the framework to facilitate any accruing data transfer and processing as well as data input into superordinate systems.
Any kind of data handling, system configuration and diagnosis within the IDT framework can be executed via an intuitive graphical user interface.
